HRIS Manager specialized in Workday (Advanced) Compensation
The Opportunity:
Join our global HRIS team, where we manage and support HR technology solutions across the company. As an HRIS Manager specializing in Workday (Advanced) Compensation, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of compensation-related processes and elements in our Workday solution.
You will partner closely with Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR, Finance, and TECH teams to ensure our HR solutions align with business needs, strategy, data privacy, and security standards. This includes supporting integrations with other systems and contributing to strategic initiatives that touch on HR technology in the C&B area.
About You:
With your founders and entrepreneurial mindset, you will continuously work with your team to ensure the highest possible customer service, and you will aim to continuously optimize the environments of and the support to the current HR solutions.
Your leadership and your drive for success as well as your Innovation mindset will support you in making the HR solutions a success for their users. Your pragmatic and analytical skills combined with a strong drive for customer satisfaction, will ensure an even bigger success.
Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the global C&B HR technology processes and elements, including Workday Compensation Review, (long-term) incentive plans setup, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
* Support integration and data security initiatives in partnership with the TECH team.
* Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver user-centred solutions.
* Oversee end-to-end project delivery: analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
* Ensure our C&B HR solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and compliant with architectural and regulatory standards.
* Monitor performance of our C&B HR solutions using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance, documentation, and training to the relevant stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of our HR solutions.
* Stay informed on new trends, tools, and best practices in C&B HR technology and propose innovative enhancements.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
* 5+ years in HR Technology/HRIS roles, with strong Workday Compensation and Integrations experience.
* Strong expertise in the Workday Compensation Review process in Workday.
* Robust project management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Demonstrated capability to drive change.
* Experience with integrations, preferably involving Workday.
* Fluency in English.
