Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles
- Take control of the vehicle when required
- Follow routes, test plans, and shift schedules
- Observe road conditions and vehicle behavior
- Record incidents and provide clear reports
- Use smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital tools
- Maintain a safety-first and professional approach
Requirements
- EU citizenship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided)
- Good command of English
- Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
- Comfortable with long periods of driving and focus
- Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and safe driving habits
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in autonomous vehicle or advanced driver-assistance system testing
- Technical understanding of vehicle systems
- Experience working in structured, process-driven environments
