LUX Tennis is overseeing a repertoire of former and current ATP/WTA level tennis professionals, padel tennis and pickleball professionals, coaching private clients, VIP’s and celebrities, individually and at luxury resorts globally. In-depth knowledge, education, performance improvement and fun are being perfectly mixed and matched for tennis, padel and pickleball lovers globally, whether they are on holidays at luxury destinations or at their private residence.
Apart from offering professional coaching and exclusive tennis and padel programs, LUX Tennis hosts around 30 LT Star Events annually. These events showcase top tennis stars such as Carlos Alcaraz, Alexander Zverev, Mary Pierce, Tommy Haas, and Garbiñe Muguruza at their partnered resorts.
Additionally, LUX Tennis ambassadors Martina Hingis, former World Number 1, and David Ferrer, former World Number 3, are integral parts of the team. They attend star events and contribute to designing the resort programs, ensuring exceptionally high-quality services.
About the job:
We are looking for a Coach Talent Manager, to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up of LUX Tennis coaches across our global destinations, covering tennis, padel, and pickleball. The Coach Talent Manager will ensure a high standard of talent selection, maintain an organized database, and support the professional development and reporting of coaches in collaboration with hotel partners and the operations team.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Planning & Role Definition:
* Identify coaching needs in tennis, padel, and pickleball in coordination with the operations team.
* Maintain an updated calendar of coaching positions to fill in order to anticipate and plan the recruitments.
Talent Sourcing & Outreach:
* Build and manage a pool of qualified international coaches across all three sports.
* Active search: use multiple recruitment channels and conduct headhunting activities to identify and reach out to strong candidates.
* Send personalized mail-merge emails via Excel to potential coaches.
Selection & Hiring Process:
* Conduct first-round interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Ensure all CVs align with LUX Tennis branding and expectations.
* Draft coaching contracts and present selected profiles to the operations team.
* Liaise with resort partner hotels to present selected coaches or options.
Performance Follow-Up:
* Conduct regular check-ins with on-site coaches to ensure satisfaction and performance consistency.
* Gather feedback from resort partner hotels regarding the coaches' performance in order to anticipate contract renewals or any other actions needed.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English (written & conversational).French is a plus.
* Active Listening: understanding candidate motivations to match them appropriately with available roles.

Qualification/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of tennis is essential.

* Type of contract: Self-employed/Freelancer.
* Working hours: 35h/week with 6h per day and 5.5 days per week
