Business Development Manager (Dutch or German Speakers)

Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Cold call potential independent retailers.
* Explain the benefits of a business partnership with Games Workshop.
* Identify the right contacts and build strong relationships quickly.
* Understand customer needs and close sales on our B2B offers.
The ideal candidate:
* Has charisma, quickly captures attention, and engages in conversations.
* Loves meeting and exceeding targets.
* Handles rejection well and quickly recovers from setbacks.
* Is a persuasive salesperson capable of changing minds.
