**Your profile**:
- Educated to Post graduate level (Financial Accounting / Business Administration).
- Native English speaker or equivalent level and advanced Spanish written and spoken.
- At least 1 year professional experience in the field is required.
- Excellent working knowledge of the usual office software packages is necessary.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, data import, formulas), recommendable.
- The Accounting Assistant Accounts Receivable should be used to working as a team member.
- High degree of accuracy and specific attention to detail.
- In addition, the post holder should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
The post holder will be responsible primarily for the assistance to the students in relation with their accounting information and supporting the department with the ability to work in a back office role.
**Main responsibilities & tasks**
- Accounts Receivable functions in the relationship with customers.
- Bank collection conciliation
- Feeding the corporate ERP with student collection information.
- Support other Departments of the campus in the invoicing process
- Be familiar with the accounting & FPA general tasks to support if the department needs require.
