We are looking for a Product Manager that creates and develops both brand and communication strategies that are in line with company objectives.
What you’ll do:
1. Develops both brand and communication strategies that are in line with company objectives. Coordinates activities of freelance talent, print suppliers, and other marketing services that are needed to Sensient strategy and goals.
2. Coordinates trade shows, corporate activities identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules & assignments and marketing materials. Monitors departmental spend versus budget.
3. Manages promotional material inventory, spend and distribution.
4. Coordinates and drives new product launches; may assist with customer presentations.
5. Develops and maintains marketing database, mailing list, graphic library, etc. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Creates and manages calendar of events for annual marketing campaigns.
6. Manages internal communications to keep sales and management informed of upcoming activities. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
7. Performs competition analysis and competitors’ landscape.
8. Gathers and analyzes market data such as launches by category, color spent, market share.
9. Identifies gaps and trends in the market and works with new product development teams to develop, quantify and implement new projects and drive innovation.
What you’ll bring:
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent education, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
2. 5 years of experience in marketing, sales or product management, preferably with at least 2 years within manufacturing companies selling to Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. Work with minimal guidance.
3. Understanding of manufacturing and commercialization of CPG companies.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
6. Marketing knowledge.
7. Full English proficiency.
