Qualifications
* Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or a closely related field.
* Minimum six years’ relevant experience with demonstrated accomplishments in teaching and learning, and contributions to knowledge exchange, curriculum development, pedagogy, and administrative services.
* Emphasis on experiential learning and hands‑on studies; proven capability to implement these approaches is a definite advantage.
* Outstanding computer science/engineering skills toward AI/ML in ME and ability to develop IT systems for the smooth conduct of teaching and learning activities will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities
* Deliver quality teaching in relevant subjects in mechanical engineering.
* Supervise student projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
* Undertake course design and curriculum development.
* Actively participate in knowledge exchange.
* Engage in extracurricular activities.
* Contribute to the University administrative services.
Salary & Benefits
Highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract‑end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
