We’re currently recruiting a Marketing Specialist (In-house, mid-level) at Padel Galis!
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional with 3-4 years of experience, eager to grow in an international sports environment. You’ll join the leading global manufacturer of padel courts, present in more than 75 countries, and work closely with our senior management.
Mission and responsibilities
Execute and coordinate the global brand and communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
Act as the main liaison with the PR agency, managing information flow, calendars, and approving materials prior to publication.
Lead the planning, organization, and activation of sponsorships and strategic partnerships, maximizing brand visibility and return on investment.
Plan, organize, and support international events and trade shows, including stand design, logistics, and on-site brand activations.
Prepare and update all marketing materials such as presentations, catalogs, brochures, technical datasheets, manuals, and merchandising.
Coordinate external partners (design, video, production) to deliver communication assets aligned with brand identity.
Contribute to corporate and commercial content creation (press releases, articles, case studies) in collaboration with senior management.
Track and report KPIs related to communication, sponsorships, events, and marketing materials.
Job Requirements Essential Skills
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar.
3–4 years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on brand, product communication, events, or B2B support.
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM tools.
Familiarity with project coordination involving agencies and suppliers.
Advanced English (C1–C2).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Desirable Skills
Experience in sports, industrial, or international environments.
Background in event management, sponsorship activation, or B2B marketing.
Basic design / layout skills or experience coordinating creative production.
