The Customer Service Manager will lead the operational delivery of complex hospital service contracts across multiple hospital sites in Spain, ensuring high-quality technical service, contract compliance, and efficient coordination of field teams. Working closely with leadership, the role will focus on optimising operational performance, strengthening service quality, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders. RequirementsProven experience managing technical service operations or field service teams, ideally in healthcare, medical technologyExperience coordinating multi-site service delivery and operational teamsStrong operational leadership with the ability to structure processes and improve service performanceExperience working with hospital environments, biomedical equipment, or regulated technical service sectors is highly preferredBackground in engineering, biomedical engineering, technical service, or a related technical discipline is an advantageStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in a matrix organisation within an international group structureFluent Spanish and professional English
