What's the opportunity?
We seek an experienced and dynamic FX Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage relationships with key clients in the money remittance and financial services sectors. In this role, you will lead FX negotiations, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional execution of cross-border payment transactions. You will leverage your expertise in FX markets to provide valuable insights to clients while meeting sales targets and contributing to the organization’s success.
What will I be doing?
1. Drive negotiations with existing money remittance and financial services merchants, ensuring sales targets are met while optimizing client value.
2. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored FX solutions.
3. Work closely with the Trader team to align on market strategies, pricing, and FX transaction execution.
4. Provide clients with insights on FX market trends, movements, and forecasts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth FX transaction execution, ensuring high client satisfaction.
6. Conduct market analysis and research on industry trends and competitors.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics for transparency and improvement.
What skills do I need?
* Strong knowledge of local and international FX markets, including trading strategies and regulations.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship skills managing high-value clients.
* Understanding of cross-border payment systems, risk management, and cost optimization.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
