We’re hiring a Junior Product Manager with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for building products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the industry and the evolution of our platform.

Responsibilities
* Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product based on data, user feedback, and market analysis.
* Analyze and solve issues related to product performance and user experience.
* Ensure data quality and accuracy in product decision-making.
* Troubleshoot product development blockers with tech and business teams.
* Maintain product documentation following Zenova’s methodology.
* Collaborate with operational teams to align product strategy and execution.
Reports to: Lead Product Manager – Residential
Performance review: Semiannual, based on objectives
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Engineer.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Amplitude, etc.) and ability to extract insights.
* Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a user-first approach.
* Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
* Proactive and organized in dynamic settings.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch).
* Experience in startups or scale-ups within Product, Tech, or Data.
* Technical knowledge (APIs, no-code tools, databases, Python).
