**TRG is looking for a Senior Deskside Multi-Account Technician in the Madrid Area**
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents in different environments.
- Installing current Microsoft and/or Apple operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop.
- Loading an image onto a desktop and laptop.
- Installing (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Replacing components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
- Understanding complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
- 2nd Line Support of PCs / Laptops / Mobiles / Printers.
- Managing multi-vendor warranties.
- Hands & Eyes for L3 guidance on Network devices and Server systems.
- Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
- Focus on Customer Service.
- Getting training and getting accreditations in different technologies when not assigned to projects/back-ups.
- Travel is a requirement for carrying out the service in different locations and sites in Spain. Mainly Madrid area. Focused in cover accounts of Computacenter.
**Pre-Requisites & Experience**:
- Previous experience as onsite support in different customers carrying out tasks as described above.
- Professional competence in Spanish and English (B2 or above)
- Spanish licence car is required.
- Advantage: MCSA / CCNA / FORTI NSE4 / Checkpoint.

- Flexibility to change assignation and calendar shifts. Monday to Friday coverage with the possibility of on call or weekend interventions.
