Job Description:

Job Purpose: Senior Business Development role responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments. Collaborates with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities.

Accountabilities: The main responsibilities include growing profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy under clear managerial guidance. Demonstrates excellent negotiation skills in key tenders and large deals, with comprehensive knowledge of all job functions and industry standards. Drives sales from the vendor portfolio, including new vendor onboarding and business development initiatives. Takes solutions and service offerings to market, including TaaS, and owns quarterly vendor business planning and execution. Manages vendor relationships and promotes long-term, value-based customer engagement. Develops tailored customer value propositions based on a clear understanding of customer needs, maintaining full knowledge of assigned vendor's product/services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with strong IT industry experience, especially with hardware or peripherals. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and high emotional intelligence. A minimum of 5+ years in the IT distribution industry, with channel and/or vendor experience at a business development level, preferably from sales or product marketing. Strong orientation towards services and solution selling, strategic planning, and business case development. Capable of creating and delivering formal presentations and engaging with all management levels. Skilled negotiator and persuasive communicator, able to think creatively. Maintains high standards of social, ethical, and organizational conduct. Builds effective relationships. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. High level of English is mandatory; additional EU languages are a plus.
