THE ROLE IN ONE PARAGRAPH
You own the end-to-end delivery onboarding of customers on the Verity SaaS platform, from requirements gathering to go-live. You sit at the crossroads of product, engineering and customer success, making sure every milestone lands on time and at the right quality bar.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders
* Build and own detailed project plans, timelines and milestones
* Contribute to requirements gathering, budgeting and planning
* Develop and manage project budgets, flagging risks early
* Serve as the primary stakeholder contact throughout the project lifecycle
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering and CSM
* Run project governance, status reporting and financial health updates
* Anticipate, document and mitigate project risks proactively
WHAT YOU BRING
* 8+ years of PM experience in a SaaS or software environment
* Good understanding of utility or energy business processes is a plus
* Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control
* Familiar with Agile and Scrum is a nice to have
* Excellent communicator across technical and business stakeholders
* Hands-on mindset
* Customer-centric by nature, with a drive to solve real problems
* Experience working with integration partners is a plus
* Proficient in English and French, Dutch is an asset
* Actively embraces AI tools to work smarter and move faster
