IT Support Specialist L2
We’re looking for a proactive IT professional with strong analytical skills and experience in modern cloud‑based environments.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
Prioritize workload based on business impact and urgency
Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues
Monitor applications and services to ensure performance and stability
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support L1
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Consulting
Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Mandatory Tech Stack (Required)
Datadog – monitoring, logs, and performance analysis
Postman – API testing and troubleshooting
ServiceNow – incident and ticket management
Nice to have
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL)
Languages
English: C1, suitable for working in an international environment.
