As a Spa Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a luxury environment, we want to meet you! Your responsibilities include Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with The Ritz-Carlton standards. Coordinate and support therapists and receptionists to deliver outstanding service. Manage staff schedules, task assignments, and attendance. Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are prepared, clean, and organized. Assist guests with inquiries and provide personalized recommendations. Monitor inventory of products and supplies, placing orders when necessary. Guarantee adherence to safety, hygiene, and wellness protocols. Collect guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the spa experience. What we expect from you Previous experience in reception, customer service, or related areas (preferably in luxury hotels or spas). Excellent communication and customer service skills.
