What you´ll do Take a leading role in driving the product technical upskilling of the organization by sharing expertise, generating knowledge, and promoting best practices across teams and clients. Perform/support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product-related performance complaints. Provide technical resource and assessment to the market while supporting “must win” projects and programs. Complete Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the TCS database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports. Run and upkeep laboratory equipment, leading/supporting ongoing standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods. Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations. Support internal and external technical requests and projects. Be responsible for CAPRIS/ACE and TCS database documentation of the performed lab activities. Write customer-facing reports for the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, Marketing, PD, and Innovations or project team. Directly communicate with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, or project team. Train Sales/Marketing and other TCS personnel on products. Perform customer lab demonstrations and customer training. J-18808-Ljbffr
