<p><b>Sales Regional Account Manager – Southern Europe (Based in Spain or Italy)</b></p><p><br></p><p>Unattended Retail | Smart Vending | Payments | IoT | SaaS</p><p><br></p><p><b>Location:</b></p><p>Remote – Southern Europe</p><p><br></p><p><b>Languages:</b></p><p>English plus another European language.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Company:</b></p><p>Our client is a global technology leader within the unattended retail and smart commerce sector.</p><p>With a significant installed customer base across North America and a growing international presence with European business in Sweden, Greece, Germany, Italy & Portugal already, the business provides innovative solutions spanning cashless payments, vending management, telemetry, micro markets, smart coolers, self-service retail and connected commerce technologies.</p><p>Following substantial recent investment and strategic expansion initiatives, the organisation is accelerating growth across Europe and is seeking experienced commercial professionals to help drive market penetration and establish long-term partnerships across key territories.</p><p>The business combines the agility of a growth-focused technology company with the backing, resources and stability of a large international organisation.</p><p><br></p><p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p><p>This is not a traditional lead generation or entry-level business development role.</p><p>We are seeking experienced business development professionals with a proven ability to develop new markets, build strategic partnerships and generate revenue growth across Europe.</p><p>You will play a key role in supporting the companys continued expansion across the DACH region, France, Italy, Spain and other priority European markets.</p><p>The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of unattended retail, vending technology, payments, telemetry, IoT, self-service retail or adjacent sectors and be comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across operators, distributors, manufacturers and channel partners.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across Europe</li><li>Build and manage strategic relationships with operators, distributors, resellers and channel partners</li><li>Develop territory growth plans and execute market expansion strategies</li><li>Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations</li><li>Support the development of partner ecosystems across key markets</li><li>Collaborate with product, marketing and leadership teams to influence commercial strategy</li><li>Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings throughout Europe</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements</li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Candidate Profile:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Essential-</b></p><ul><li>5-10+ years experience in business development, sales, channel management or strategic account management</li><li>Proven success within unattended retail, vending, payments, fintech, telemetry, IoT or related technology sectors</li><li>Strong track record of generating new business and opening new markets</li><li>Experience developing channel, distributor or strategic partner relationships</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced international environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Highly Desirable-</b></p><ul><li>Existing network within European vending, unattended retail or payments markets</li><li>Experience selling hardware-enabled SaaS, payment solutions or connected technology platforms</li><li>Understanding of cashless payments, acquiring, processing, telemetry or self-service retail ecosystems</li><li>Previous responsibility for multi-country European territories</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Additional European languages would be viewed favourably.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Whats on Offer?</b></p><ul><li>Opportunity to join a recognised global market leader</li><li>Significant growth plans and investment across Europe</li><li>Ability to influence commercial strategy and market expansion</li><li>Exposure to senior leadership and international stakeholders</li><li>Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package</li><li>Long-term career progression within a rapidly growing technology business</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This opportunity would suit commercially ambitious professionals who enjoy building markets, developing strategic partnerships and driving growth within high-growth technology environments.</p>
