Planet Pharma is partnered with a leading medical device company and is actively seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
3. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives or field staff to ensure performance goals are met.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
6. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for senior management.
7. Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
8. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
9. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
10. Address customer issues and resolve disputes to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
