Skills & Principal Responsibilities
* +2 años de experiencia en Cognigy o plataformas de IA conversacional similares (p. ej., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).
* Dar soporte técnico de nivel 1/2, realizando el diagnóstico inicial y resolución de problemas técnicos.
* Gestionar, dar seguimiento y resolver incidentes bajo acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA), escalando casos complejos cuando sea necesario.
* Evaluación de interacciones en asistentes de IA, analizando el reconocimiento de intenciones y la comprensión del lenguaje natural (PLN).
* Detección y análisis de errores, inconsistencias de razonamiento y problemas semánticos en IA generativa.
* Corrección y optimización de entidades y respuestas para asegurar la coherencia semántica y la calidad del flujo conversacional.
* Configuración y mejora de flujos conversacionales en las plataformas de chatbot.
* Soporte para integraciones con terceros y servicios web (REST, JSON).
* Colaborar con los Product Owners para conocer en detalle la lógica de los chatbots de la plataforma.
* Identificación y documentación de patrones de error recurrentes en entornos de producción.
