Job Purpose
\n
Lead and oversee the Health & Safety (H&S;) strategy across all industrial and office operations in Iberia and Southern Europe, ensuring compliance with Spanish occupational risk prevention legislation and alignment with the Group’s integral standard

Key Responsibilities es: Define and implement the local and regional H&S; stra tegy, aligned with global guideli nes.Ensure legal compliance with Spanish Health & Safety regulations and coordinate adaptation for Southern Eur ope.Manage the External Prevention Service ( SPA) and maintain relationships with official bodies and Safety Committ ees.Lead internal and external audits, certifications, and continuous improvement pl ans.Coordinate risk assessments, inspections, and action plans for factories and offi ces.Supervise critical work permits (hot work, working at heights, confined spaces, ATEX risk areas, et c.).Promote a strong safety cul ture, developing training programs, campaigns, and communication initiati ves.Investigate accidents and incid ents, implementing corrective and preventive measu res.Manage KPIs and reporting at local and regional lev els.Coordinate activities with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with H&S; standa rds.Participate in emergency and safety committees, leading meetings and contingency plann ing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk prevention into all operational decisi
