El Ingeniero de Procesos Distribución/almacén, tiene como función principal,
- Asegurar que los procesos de almacén/Distribución se hagan en fecha, seguridad, calidad y coste esperados.
- Estandarización y eficacia de los flujos logísticos.
- Seguimiento y mejora de la eficacia y calidad de los procesos logísticos.
