Role Overview:
You will support the achievement of sales targets and overall service quality. The role includes comprehensive training, modern tools, and ongoing guidance to ensure strong performance and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve set sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
* Use scripts and probing techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
* Meet contractual sales goals and KPIs.
* Handle customer interactions professionally and consistently.
* Ensure accurate documentation and account notations.
* Contribute to initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
* Address billing-related questions by clearly explaining account details.
Requirements:
* Swedish language at C2 level
* English language at C1 level
* Previous experience in Sales is required.
* Strong communication skills.
* Goal-oriented and results-driven.
What We Offer:
* Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
* Base salary: 1885 euros x 14 + 4,800 euros gross/year in bonus.
