Company DescriptionOur space combines spatial sound, 360° projections, and curated programming - from wellness classes and listening sessions to art installations and brand experiences.We’re now entering a new phase of growth and opening SABDA more intentionally to brands, production companies, and corporate teams.We’re hiring a Sponsorship & Rentals Manager to own and grow all B2B revenue streams for SABDA:Sponsorships with brands and partnersYou will be the person who makes sure the space is booked, visible, and profitable —turning SABDA into a go-to destination for brands and companies in Barcelona and beyond.This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who loves both relationship-driven sales and creative, experiential projects .Identify and approach potential partners: wellness brands, tech companies, creative agencies, lifestyle and culture brands.Build long-term partnerships that integrate into SABDA’s programming (series, annual partners, co-branded experiences).Brand and product launchesPhoto and video shoots, content productionOwn the full B2B rentals funnel : incoming requests + outbound outreach.3-hour immersive offsite, 1-day retreat, 5-week program) together with the founders and facilitators.Own client projects end to end, closing bookings and managing all production steps from initial meeting to final delivery.Report regularly to the founders with clear, honest data and next steps.Test and refine offers and pricing based on client feedback and market response.Work with the marketing team to align campaigns, case studies, and content with sponsorship and rentals goals.You think like an owner : you care about revenue, costs, and long-term brand value.Sponsorship / partnerships for cultural or creative projectsB2B sales for venues, events, or experiential marketingFluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a strong plus).Comfortable working in a start-up environment where priorities can shift and you help build systems from scratch.Strong communicator and natural host—confident when giving tours, leading meetings, and presenting to senior stakeholders.Experience using a CRM and working with simple revenue dashboards.Existing network in Barcelona’s business / agency / creative ecosystemExperience with corporate learning, HR, or leadership development programsBackground in museums, cultural spaces, or experiential agenciesPerformance-based variable compensation (commission or bonus) tied to sponsorship and rentals revenue, with clear, transparent KPIs.Hybrid work: mix of on-site days at SABDA and focused days from home.Opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a unique immersive studio in Barcelona.Be at the center of launching new corporate offerings and partnerships in a space that lives at the edge of art, tech, and wellbeing.One concrete example of a sponsorship or B2B deal you closed (what you sold, to whom, and the result)
