Job Description:
Position Overview: The Implementation Consultant supports tactical tasks for project implementation, including requirement/data validation and system configuration for new clients. Responsibilities include defining business requirements, system configuration, functional testing, and migration activities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational skills, and flexibility. Multiple projects across time zones will be managed.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Work directly with customers as the main technical contact to ensure successful implementation.
* Gather and review project requirements, collaborate with teams and customers to design and implement solutions.
* Advise customers on best practices and flexible configuration options.
* Manage multiple implementations across different time zones.
* Maintain well-documented requirements and provide weekly updates.
* Research, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for customer needs.
* Handle migration responsibilities for Go-live.
* Coordinate with various teams to prepare environments for implementation, UAT, and production.
* Assist with requirements gathering and solving complex business problems.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivery meets requirements.
* Translate Excel formulas into VBA code for project design and testing.
* Manage data analysis and system configuration during integration.
* Execute system configuration, data loads, and functional testing.
Proficiency Areas:
* Consulting knowledge: Conduct analyses, interpret results, and recommend solutions.
* Supply Chain Knowledge: Understand logistics and supply chain processes to solve customer problems.
* Quantitative Problem Solving: Analyze data, identify patterns, and optimize processes.
* SaaS Deployment Knowledge: Experience with SaaS integration, environment setup, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred.
* Experience in After-Market Services, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry is desirable.
* Minimal supervision, responsible for project success, and knowledge sharing.
* Proven ability to manage customer projects and strategies.
* Strong communication skills at all corporate levels.
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with solid verbal and written skills.
* Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
