Provide administrative support to the OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) department and carry out the document management of the suppliers who come to provide services to our facilities.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
* Documentary control of subcontracted companies.
* Coordination of business activities.
* Management and monitoring of new requests for external personnel.
* Management and validation of the required documentation depending on the type of activity provided by the external company.
* Management of CAE platforms (Coordination of Business Activities).
* Identify OHSE training needs inherent to the job position, and provide them to HR.
* Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
* Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic Background: Minimum academical certification of 300h in Labour Risk.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional Background: Master’s degree in environment or Occupational Health & Safety would be of additional value.
Additional Training: Knowledge of ISO 14.001 auditor, OHSES 18.001 auditor or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be of additional value.
