Our warehouses are full of... material! We sell this material to our end customers for their manufacturing processes. On the other hand, we work with major petrochemical companies as suppliers. Our main market focuses on the commercialization of Polyethylene and Polypropylene. Bridge Polymers operates in several countries, with subsidiaries in Spain, Poland, Romania, UAE, LATAM, while our headquarters are located in the Netherlands. The market we operate in is highly dynamic. Our open, honest, and direct mindset helps us act optimally and quickly, always knowing what is happening in our market.About the role:You will be responsible for proactively and strategically managing and developing markets and customer relationships.Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.Responsible for sales targets and overall results in your region.Develop the market by exploring new business opportunities.Act as the main point of contact between Bridge Polymers and the customer.What are we looking for?A professional, entrepreneurial, and sales-driven person with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships. You can operate at both strategic and tactical levels. You are creative and decisive, always seeking new market opportunities.Your profile:Proven experience of at least 5 years in national and/or international sales.Knowledge of polyolefins or plastics.Experience working with a distributor network and indirect sales channels.Ability to work within a self-sufficient team.Languages: Spanish and Catalan; and fluent in English.Flexible working hours and willingness to travel.
