Quintas Advisory is the advisory division of Quintas Group. The latter comprises Quintas Energy, Europe’s largest independent platform for Asset Management and Specialised Services to investors in the renewable energy assets with at least 5GW of assets currently under management. We have the leading professional team and systems and because of continued growth, a vacancy has arisen in our Seville Advisory team for a Project Manager.

As Project Manager, you will manage projects of varying sizes and complexities. They typically involve technical issues in PV solar assets in various stages of their lifecycle, (development, design, construction, and operations). Your objective is to manage those projects assigned to you, ensure resources are controlled and keep all involved parties informed of progress.
The projects require:
* An excellent understanding of the design, construction, and commissioning phases of assets in terms of technical criteria.
* Knowledge and experience to assess and select the optimal technical and/or commercial solutions in any given set of circumstances.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Liaison with clients and stakeholders
* Review of project design, contractual documentation, environmental studies, planning permission, health and safety reports, grid offers and grid connection agreements.
* Consolidating and/or coordinating several Owner’s Engineer activities, including Detailed design review, Project planning and scheduling, On site activity and reporting, Quality control and assurance.
* Reviewing technical PV projects designs produced by third parties and provide relevant advice and suggestions for improvement.
* Technical support to the Clients on the execution of the project, advising on actions and decisions, assisting on assumptions, and identifying issues and risks related to the project at all stages.
* Review the EPC’s Project Execution Plan and verify the consistency and completion
* EPC/BoP tender preparation, co-ordination, management, evaluation, and revision.
* Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, QGIS and PVSyst software is desirable.
* Execute activities related to performance analysis, technical due diligence, and advisory projects being undertaken by Quintas Advisory, with emphasis on interdisciplinary thinking and approach.

Requirements
* The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in leading and delivering photovoltaic projects in a dynamic business environment. Ideally, you should have previous experience in EPC companies.
* You should have educated to degree level in a relevant engineering or technical discipline with significant knowledge of solar energy technology, development, and construction processes.
* Your background should preferably include several of the following: project design, technical advisory, or asset management.
* Experience and background in wind and/or battery storage are desirable.
* You will have excellent analytical skills and experience in carrying out due diligence for renewable energy projects.
* This role requires the candidate to speak and write in Spanish and English at a fluent business level; knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage.
* Strong presentational and reporting skills are required, as well as preparing and delivering periodic and special reports to Quintas Energy’s clients.
