As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the Veeva CRM ecosystem. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring consistent and optimized utilization of Veeva CRM across all markets, particularly focusing on core SFE functionality.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* The SFE Standardization role will focus on streamlining and aligning standard Sales Force Effectiveness processes built within Veeva CRM.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
* Conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives from various countries to gather and harmonize business requirements specifically related to Veeva CRM modules.
* Translate business needs into clear, concise, and detailed user stories and functional specifications within the context of Veeva CRM.
* Document and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation related to Veeva CRM configurations and processes.
Process Analysis and Improvement:
* Analyze existing business processes within Veeva CRM to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Develop and recommend new or modified business processes within Veeva CRM.
* Create process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and other visual representations of business processes, focusing on Veeva CRM workflows.
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Veeva CRM to identify trends and patterns.
* Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders, specifically focusing on Veeva CRM data.
* Use data to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions within Veeva CRM.
Your Profile:
* Minimum 5 years experienced as a Business Analyst.
* Experienced with Sales force Effectiveness (SFE).
* Strong technical understanding of relevant technology, specifically Veeva CRM.
* Effectively communicate technical concepts related to Veeva CRM to non-technical stakeholders.
