What we are looking for?

We are searching for a motivated and experienced customer service manager to lead our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

The position will be located in our offices in Asturias.

Do you see yourself in the role?

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Coordination of Customer Support Center for EMEA Area
- Developing customer service policies and procedures according with the Internal Control requirements and market demands
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement in order to make strategic decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
- Following up the backorders by analysing root cause, defining action plants by area and scale deviations
- Oversight of collections work to provide the finance team with timely response to AR overdue payment forecasts.
- Following up the budget
- Collaboration in audit processes.

What you should bring to the table?
- At least 5 year-experience in a similar position in international environments
- Experience managing teams.
- University degree, preferably Industrial Engineering.
- Quality experience/relevant training.
- High level of Office and SAP SD
- High level of English
- Availability to travel if needed.
