Job Title: Smart Building Solutions Manager We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in the delivery of smart building solutions. As a BMS Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our projects from conception to completion. Lead the design, engineering, planning, and delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. Provide technical and commercial expertise across all project stages, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Support and guide a team of managers and engineers, providing guidance and oversight as needed. Develop and assess technical solutions, including product testing and evaluation, to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved. Oversee site health & safety, ensuring full RAMS compliance and implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct site surveys and client presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients to ensure their needs are met. Manage financial aspects, including invoicing, purchase orders, and project variations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Deliver regular progress reports and management updates, keeping stakeholders informed of project developments and challenges. Host and participate in monthly review meetings, discussing project progress, addressing issues, and setting goals for the next month. The adecuado candidate should have proven experience as a BMS Project Manager or similar within the BMS sector, a strong technical background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, and excellent financial and organisational skills. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in BMS project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources to achieve project goals and deadlines. Proficient in project management software and tools, with experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and commercial issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities. Highly organised and efficient, with excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
