Support the development and maintenance of communication solutionsAssist in programming and designing document templatesHelp troubleshoot service-related issues and client requestsCollaborate in the setup and testing of CCM platforms (e.G., Quadient, Exstream)Contribute to the analysis of functional and technical requirementsFollow best practices in CCM projects with guidance from senior team membersDocument technical and functional solutions clearlyWhat we expect from you :
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (JavaScript, XML, etc.) is a plusGood command of office tools (Word, Excel)Bonus:
