How you will create an impact :
* Identify, understand, and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with finance stakeholders.
* Create requirement documents and design global, innovative solution concepts and proposals.
* Implement solutions into the SAP system responsibly, aligning with stakeholders and following best practices.
* Ensure SAP FI / CO process compliance with templates and finance process excellence, utilizing Signavio for business process management.
* Participate actively in the global S/4HANA rollout, focusing on legal and local requirements.
* Serve as a global contact for all finance key users.
* Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; provide second and third-level support for escalated issues.
* Manage relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and software vendors, maintaining regular communication.
* Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and configurations related to applications.
* Participate in external workshops, conferences, or trade fairs to stay updated on current trends.
About you :
* Apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or a related field such as business administration.
* Approximately 5 years of experience in SAP FI / CO (in-house consultancy).
* Proven experience with international S/4HANA rollouts, ideally in public cloud implementations.
* Strong understanding of international financial requirements.
* Good knowledge of processes and value flow in related modules like SAP PS or SD.
* Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
* Focus on user satisfaction, understanding their needs, and ensuring applications meet expectations.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
