Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing exceptional account management and personalized support.
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high-net-worth users, ensuring a premium client experience.
* Proactively engage clients to increase trading activity, improve user activation, and maximize retention.
* Understand client needs and coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
* Identify high-potential users and implement strategies to increase client value through account upgrades and enhanced engagement.
* Monitor client activity and leverage data insights to optimize service strategies and improve user satisfaction.
* Stay informed about cryptocurrency market developments and industry trends to better support client needs.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in VIP Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Wealth Management, or High-Net‑Worth Client Sales.
* Prior experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, or financial services industry is preferred.
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency products, trading, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Results-driven with strong execution capabilities and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
