Ph3Product Strategy Vision /h3 pDefine and articulate the strategic vision and roadmap for the web product, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSAFe Alignment: Act as the Customer Proxy and Product Visionary within the Agile Release Train (ART). Participate actively in PI Planning (Program Increment Planning), defining and prioritizing features to be delivered by the Agile Teams. /li liCollaboration: Work closely with UX / UI designers, content strategists, content creators, SEO experts, and Web / eShop data analysts to create compelling user experiences, as well as with Product Owners to ensure their Team Backlogs are aligned with the Program vision. /li liContinuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for web platform enhancement. /li liFeature Validation: Define key metrics for success and work with the Business Owners and Agile Teams to validate features against the initial hypothesis, presenting results during the System Demo. /li liManage communication with all relevant stakeholders (such as local affiliate marketing team, regional leaders), providing regular updates on product progress, feature delivery, and performance against objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 p3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably managing a high‑traffic web platform. /p ul liExperience participating in PI Planning and managing a Program Backlog is a significant plus. /li liStrong analytical skills with an ability to use data (e.g., Web Analytics, A/B testing tools) to drive product decisions. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liExperience with tools like Jira and ServiceNow for managing SAFe artifacts and web request. /li liTechnical understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs) and the software development lifecycle. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
