Job Description SummaryBased in San Agustin del Guadalix, Madrid, this position is responsible for providing a highly professional level of generalist HR support in Iberia and strategy execution with focus on our Commercial Organization and Supporting functions. The HRBP will report in to the Director HR Iberia and will work closely with our HR Shared Service Centre (ASC), other Manufacturing HR Business Partners and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) colleagues to ensure a great associate and managers ́ experience.
The purpose of this role is to partner the relevant management teams within the businesses to develop and implement predominantly medium to long-term people solutions aligned to the business strategy. The role also involves assisting with more complex or sensitive day to day people issues. The HR Business Partner acts as a point of contact within the business for all people related issues and is a people champion ensuring that our associates are always high on the business agenda.
As a member of the EMEA HR Community the role also contributes and drives regional initiatives as well as collaborates on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives that contribute to individual and company success.

About You
BS/BA degree in HR Management or related field. MBA/Master's in HR or equivalent and/or Coaching certification is a plus.
5 years professional experience in HR roles that require change management.
Experience in working with CoE and Shared Service Centers and implementing Talent Management and People development programs is required. Experience working in mid/large matrixed organization is preferred.
Working knowledge & understanding of all HR related fields including: talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations.
Proficient in Spanish and English.
Salary range of this role: EUR 60,000 - 77,000
