You will:
Website Management
• Reporting to the Senior Website Manager EMEA, you will build, update, and optimize web pages across EMEA sites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and UX/UI best practices.
• Ensure all content complies with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and internal content governance.
• Test and implement new website functionalities, both pre- and post-launch.
• Maintain and expand the website team´s knowledge base with up-to-date documentation and learnings.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the primary point of contact for local marketing teams on website-related initiatives.
• Plan and manage the timely execution of website projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to local and regional marketing teams on website strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with peers across regions to share and adopt best practices.
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor and report on the performance of key website projects and initiatives.
• Partner with the CRO lead to implement conversion rate optimization strategies, including A/B testing and personalization.
• Work closely with the SEO lead to drive organic traffic growth.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve website performance and user experience.

Must-Haves
• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS; ability to edit or write code from scratch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English written and spoken (C2 level).
• Experience working with a CMS (preferably Drupal).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to advise on page structure and design.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Excel.
Nice-to-Haves
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience working with the UK market.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Knowledge or experience in SEO, CRO, or web personalization tools.
