This hybrid role involves inside sales and customer service management. Recruitment is only open to internal candidates. The position reports to the Country Sales Manager Iberia and the Customer Service Manager Western EU. Responsibilities vary and require flexibility.
Key Responsibilities - Inside Sales
* Selling products/services by calling prospective and existing customers.
* Managing customer concerns, arranging shipments, and providing product demonstrations.
* Maintaining sales programs, informing customers about services, prices, and new products.
* Meeting sales quotas and monitoring competitive activity.
* Traveling to customer locations for follow-ups, presentations, or demonstrations.
* Quoting prices, terms, and delivery dates.
* Preparing activity and sales reports.
* Coordinating with customer service to expedite orders.
* Resolving customer issues promptly.
* Supporting overall sales objectives and acting as liaison to Field Sales.
* Identifying new marketing opportunities and participating in trade shows.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service
* Providing order management services via phone, fax, web, and email.
* Handling after-sales support and troubleshooting customer inquiries.
* Monitoring existing business, forecasting demand, and maintaining price books.
* Offering basic technical support and product recommendations.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
* Experience in customer service or sales administration.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in English.
