Job Purpose: The successful candidate will drive the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including contracting, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and market trend analysis. The Partner Solution Architect will also recommend enhancements to the business roadmap based on partnership insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify market opportunities and industry trends.
* Raise awareness about the partner ecosystem internally and externally.
* Create high satisfaction through quality work and insights.
* Lead contractual negotiations and manage partner agreements.
* Report on initiative progress and align with the HRP Practice vision.
* Develop and execute communication strategies for partnership updates.
* Collaborate across business units for integrated service delivery.
* Identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience with external partners and managing relations.
* Knowledge of partnership models (whitelabeling, reseller, referral, etc.).
* Strong English skills; additional languages a plus.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability to evolving environments.
