.Requirements:
We’re looking for
mid-level consultants
with a minimum of
2 years of relevant experience, who bring a mix of analytical thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills.Ability to quickly understand client environments, identify challenges, and contribute to practical solutions.Experience in business and/or IT consulting, including work on digital transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, or project management.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.Comfortable leading or supporting client meetings and workshops.Advanced PowerPoint skills and a good eye for creating visually compelling presentations.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments.Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).Based in
Madrid or Barcelona, available for a
hybrid model (50% remote, 50% onsite) .Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) are a strong plus.Tasks
