The Opportunity
We are working with a fast-growing company specialising in the design and manufacture of fast chargers (DC) for electric vehicles. They are now seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to support their international growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
Follow up on leads from events, partners, and other channels.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and presentations.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on loyalty and account growth.
Analyse customer needs and prepare tailored commercial proposals.
Support negotiations and manage the full sales process from lead to close.
Maintain accurate records of commercial activity in CRM systems.
Share weekly performance updates and contribute to team strategy.
Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitors to support strategic decisions.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related field.
Strong interest in innovation and sustainability.
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%).
Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
