Overview
We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to work closely across our sales teams, supporting Account Executives and their managers. You’ll use a detail-oriented approach to improve our processes and deliver the best possible results.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitoring the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats
* Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results
* Working with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training
What You’ll Need
* 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
* Fluency in English and Hungarian
* Great quality score results
* Proven diligence and a high standard of integrity
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
* Experience in a sales environment
