The ING Hubs are now a truly global network of more than 13,000 employees located in the Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Türkiye. For ING to achieve its strategic and commercial goals, it is essential that our Hubs strategy & workforce composition allows us to maximise our use of scarce resources in a competitive landscape and helps us to standardise and achieve faster time-to-market.
Therefore, we would like to announce that ING Hubs BV is in the process of establishing a new branch in Spain. This provides a great opportunity to expand Hubs’ footprint and support ING’s scalable, sizeable and sustainable Tech and Ops Strategy. The new branch will be located in Madrid and will commence with Tech capabilities.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter & Employer Branding Expert to join our HR Team within the new Hubs Spain (based in Madrid) who will contribute to bring new talent to this new organization. The Recruiter reports to the Head of HR Hubs Spain.
Roles And Responsibilities
As a Recruiter & Employer Branding Expert you will:
Help hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and the best strategy to approach them.Efficiently and effectively fill open positions of those needs.From day one, you'll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle including:
sourcing applicants to offer stage, managing stakeholders and meeting with them on a regular basis to provide proactive updates.Select appropriate tools and channels of recruitment, allowing the employment of the staff.Source candidates directly through websites and other social media sites.Develop recruitment projects with a creative use of existing market opportunities to reach candidates.Initial screening of applicants, telephone, and face-to-face interviews.Facilitate and coordinate candidate testing and interviews.Living within their ecosystem you will provide regular feedback to hiring managers.Create long term relationship with key talent communities/niches on the technical arena.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.Raise and increase the brand awareness in the market and inside the company.Work the employer brand trough digital platforms in collaboration with othersImprove the reputation and the positioning of the brand participating in certifications, recognitions, and events.
Job Requirements
Proactive attitude and positive approach.Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus.Proven success in attracting and selecting top talent.Ability to carry out competencies-based interviews.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Como Experto/a En Reclutamiento y Employer Branding, Tu Misión Será Atraer El Mejor Talento y Posicionar Nuestra Marca Empleadora. Entre Tus Responsabilidades Estarán
Acompañar a las personas responsables de contratación en la definición de sus necesidades y en la estrategia de atracción de talento.Gestionar de forma eficiente y ágil los procesos de selección de principio a fin:
desde la búsqueda hasta la oferta.Seleccionar las herramientas y canales más adecuados para cada proceso.Buscar talento de forma proactiva a través de plataformas digitales y redes sociales.Diseñar proyectos de atracción creativos, aprovechando las oportunidades del mercado.Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y presenciales, así como el primer filtrado de candidaturas.Coordinar pruebas y entrevistas con las personas candidatas.Mantener una comunicación fluida y constante con los equipos de contratación.Construir relaciones a largo plazo con comunidades de talento, especialmente en el ámbito tecnológico.Crear y mantener una base de talento cualificado para futuras necesidades.Estar al día de las tendencias y técnicas innovadoras en reclutamiento.Impulsar la visibilidad de nuestra marca empleadora tanto dentro como fuera de la organización.Colaborar en la gestión de nuestra presencia digital y en iniciativas de reconocimiento y certificaciones.
