Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and styling advice
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stock management, inventory, and replenishment
- Stay up to date with collections, trends, and brand story
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Who You Are
- Passionate about luxury fashion and retail
- Previous experience in high-end retail or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish and additional languages are a plus
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Availability to work adaptable shifts, including evenings and weekends
