Social Media – Grupo MOGA (Valladolid) at Grupo MOGA, a restoration and leisure group in expansion, is looking for a passionate, creative Social Media professional with real experience managing brand social networks. 
We value demonstrable experience and practical knowledge in the digital environment over formal degrees, with emphasis on profiles that show track record and measurable results. 
Responsibilities 
Be proactive, resourceful and creative, capable of designing and executing organic digital strategies that are adaptable and deliver real impact in the short term. 
Manage social media with a vocation for the platforms, keep up with daily trends, and interpret them to turn them into solid and effective communications within the restaurant sector. 
Collaborate with the team to implement ideas in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Requisitos 
Imprescindibles 
Experience as a Community Manager managing real company accounts (ideally in restoration, hospitality and/or lifestyle). 
Problem-solving, proactive and autonomous in daily management. 
Strong knowledge in creating and executing digital strategies. 
Proficiency in social networks: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TripAdvisor and Google Maps. 
Experience in branding and managing corporate identity manuals. 
Creation of original content (photo and video, UGC, editing with Adobe, CapCut, Canva, etc.). 
Ability to identify and apply digital trends. 
Knowledge of analytics and metrics to optimize campaigns. 
Creative copywriting adapted to different brand tones. 
Experience in advertising campaigns: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads. 
Strategies for calls to action: influencer marketing, collaborations, etc.

Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma). 
Experience coordinating offline marketing (events, activations, collaborations).
