Based in Úbeda, Spain, this center focuses on advanced mechanical separation technologies—including separators, decanters and related process equipment. We are seeking a Service Director to lead and develop the service strategy and operations for the Olive Oil business in Iberia.Your responsibilities and tasksService Leadership and StrategySteer and coordinate all Pure Flow Processing service activities related to Olive Oil applications across Iberia.Promote and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening and improving the service business.Define, align, monitor and take ownership of Service P&L;, KPIs, processes, standards, methods and tools, in coordination with the Director Separators Service – Iberia & PFP Division Representative and the Country Service Representative.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Head of Sales to steer and support commercial activities within Iberia.Act as a key interface between customers, production and sales teams for orders requiring cross-department coordination.Foster collaboration across all GEA divisions and functional areas.Team LeadershipLead, develop and manage the Iberia Service Team.Encourage a culture of best-practice sharing, service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation.Market & Business ExcellenceActively monitor market and competitor trends.Drive adoption of state-of-the-art service processes, including cross-selling initiatives.Promote continuous improvement to enhance both customer satisfaction and internal performance.Your profile and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.At least 5 years of leadership experience in
