Job Description

Join Glovo’s Q-Commerce team as an Account Management Intern and take a hands-on role in supporting and growing our portfolio of specialties shop partners. Quick commerce is redefining how people shop – offering instant access to anything from your favourite local bakery to premium gourmet stores, right at your doorstep. In this internship, you’ll work at the intersection of operations, relationship management, and commercial strategy, gaining exposure to one of the most dynamic areas in retail. If you're proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn by doing, we’d love to meet you.

* Support the onboarding of new specialty partners by ensuring they have all the tools, training, and materials to succeed on our platform.
* Maintain up-to-date partner information and support day-to-day operations across key accounts.
* Build strong, positive relationships with partners by understanding their needs and ensuring a great experience on Glovo.
* Collect feedback from partners and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in tools, processes, and partner experience.
* Track key performance metrics to monitor partner success and support decision-making.
* Be responsible for partners’ business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM, YoY.
* Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
* Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

Qualifications

* Great attention to detail, with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
* Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel and comfortable managing data to extract insights.
* Solid written and spoken English communication skills Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
