From our Interim Management team, we are looking for a Store Development Manager to join one of our clients: a well-known international premium fashion company, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.

br##You will be responsible for supervising and managing store development projects, from coordination and layout definition to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

brLead store and corner opening projects from planning to final delivery
brCoordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partners
brAct as project leader and main point of contact for each opening
brWork closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teams
brReview construction and shop drawings throughout all project phases
brManage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processes
brControl project budgets, costs, payments and deliveries
brConduct quality control and site visits
brOversee store maintenance projects and refurbishments
brSupervise the store maintenance team

br##3–5 years of experience in store development, architecture, interior design or project management
br~ Ability to plan and manage several projects at the same time
br~ Fluent English (French is a plus)
