You will play a key role in managing and expanding our client’s international partner network in Southwest Europe and Latin America. You will collaborate with strategic partners - such as luminaire manufacturers, system integrators, and installation companies – to drive sales growth and support them to deliver added value to their customers (municipalities and public infrastructure companies).
This role requires a strong consultative selling approach, where understanding the client’s needs and challenges is key to offering the right solution. You will be a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders, helping them navigate the technical and commercial aspects of Smart Street Lighting and IoT solutions.

* Strategic growth: Develop and manage long-term relationships with new and existing partners across Europe.
* Consultative sales: Drive growth through a consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor to help partners navigate the technical and commercial aspects of Smart Street Lighting.
* Market expansion: Identify and open new markets while choosing key regional partners to expand our global footprint.
* Partner enablement: Support partners with specialised training, sales enablement tools, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work directly with leadership, product, and marketing teams to shape co-branded campaigns and future product roadmaps.
* Industry presence: Represent the organisation at partner meetings, international trade shows, and major industry events.
-- REQUIREMENTS --
* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on consultative selling.
* Proven track record as a new business “hunter” with a strong Key Account Management (KAM) mindset, capable of opening doors and developing strategic client relationships from scratch.
* Prior experience in public infrastructure, street lighting, or the IoT sector is a plus
* Demonstrated experience managing international partner or channel sales.
* Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to independently build, manage, and convert a healthy sales pipeline across short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
* Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional European languages like French or Italian is a significant advantage.
* A strong affinity for technology and innovation, specifically regarding outdoor lighting and smart city connectivity.
* Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.
