KPI Monitoring : Register, monitor, and analyze standard and customer-specific KPIs, preparing Business Review Reports and communicating improvement measures. Process Improvement : Investigate and propose operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-saving while resolving bottlenecks and exceptions with stakeholders. Data Management : Ensure the accuracy of Master Data, transport orders, and document management in TMS systems, aligning with customer business rules. Shipment and Capacity Planning : Collaborate with Operations Teams to plan shipments, secure bookings, and monitor warehouse capacity to avoid storage charges. Operational Efficiency : Act as a single point of contact for the account, ensuring end-to-end service delivery and adherence to SOPs while supporting integration and data analysis for visibility improvements. Innovation and Process Improvements : Propose impactful process and cost-saving innovations, supporting the integration of new business and system solutions. Collaboration and Commercial Support : Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvements, support business reviews, and assist in meeting commercial targets by monitoring performance and customer relationships.
